UltasDev ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Uza mobile application ("the App").

By using Uza, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

Important: Uza does not require user accounts or login. Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not track your location. Analytics and subscription tracking are anonymized through Firebase and RevenueCat.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Health Data

The following information is collected and stored locally on your device:

  • Physical Measurements: Height, weight, current measurements, dream height goals
  • Training Data: Exercise completion, workout history, and progress tracking
  • Health Information: Sleep duration, workout frequency, shoe size, parent heights
  • AI Interactions: Conversations with the AI coach for personalized guidance
  • User Preferences: App settings, notification preferences, and customizations

2.2 Technical Information

We automatically collect limited technical information:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
  • Usage Analytics: App feature usage, crash reports, and performance data via Firebase Analytics
  • Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications
  • RevenueCat User ID: For subscription management and tracking

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • ❌ Camera or photo gallery access (unless you explicitly select images)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide Core Features: Height tracking, training programs, and AI-powered coaching
  • Personalization: Customizing your experience based on your goals and preferences
  • AI Coaching: Processing your queries through Google's Generative AI to provide personalized guidance
  • App Improvement: Analyzing anonymized usage data to enhance features and fix bugs
  • Notifications: Sending reminders and updates (only if you opt-in)
  • Payment Processing: Managing subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

Your personal health and training data is primarily stored locally on your device using secure, encrypted storage. This means your data stays on your phone and is not accessible to us or third parties.

4.2 Analytics and Subscription Data

Limited technical data is collected by our service providers:

  • Firebase Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics
  • RevenueCat: Subscription status and anonymous user ID

This data is used only for app improvement and subscription management.

4.3 Security Measures

  • Industry-standard encryption for data transmission (TLS/SSL)
  • Secure local storage with device-level encryption
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • No central database of user personal information
Note: While we implement strong security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backup credentials.

Uza integrates with the following third-party services:

5.1 Google Generative AI

5.2 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase services for:

  • Firebase Analytics: Anonymized app usage analytics
  • Firebase Firestore: Optional cloud data sync
  • Firebase Cloud Functions: Server-side processing for subscription management

Subscription payments are processed by:

8. Children's Privacy

Uza is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@ultasdev.com, and we will delete such information.

9. International Users

Uza is available globally. Your data may be processed and stored in different countries, including the United States and the European Union, where our service providers operate. By using Uza, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including GDPR for EU users.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
  • Cloud Backup: Retained in your personal cloud storage according to your cloud provider's policies
  • Analytics Data: Anonymized analytics are retained for up to 24 months
  • Support Inquiries: Retained for up to 3 years for customer service purposes

11. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we will send you:

  • Training reminders
  • Measurement reminders
  • Progress updates
  • App updates and feature announcements

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. We do not use your notification token for any other purpose.

14.1 GDPR (EU Users)
