Website privacy notice
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This notice covers visits to the UltasDev studio homepage, general support page, and this notice, and enquiries sent to our contact email. It does not replace the separate privacy policies for our mobile apps, which remain available at their existing URLs and through the apps and their store listings.
1. Who is responsible
UltasDev is a trade name of YUSUF EMİR ULUTAŞ, a sole proprietorship in Türkiye. Yusuf Emir Ulutaş is the data controller for the processing described here that we determine.
For privacy questions or requests, contact ultasdevelopment@gmail.com.
2. Information and purposes
- Website delivery and security. Your browser automatically sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested resource, and browser information, when it connects to the website. GitHub Pages hosts this site. GitHub states that it logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes.
- Fonts. The homepage and general support page load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects directly to Google to request the font styles and files, sending connection information such as your IP address and browser information. This notice itself uses system fonts and makes no Google Fonts request.
- Contact enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments. We use these to answer your enquiry, discuss requested services, provide support, and keep relevant correspondence. Email is handled through our Gmail address. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
These studio pages have no account registration, checkout, contact form, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts. Their code does not set cookies or use browser local storage. Other pages on this domain may have different features; for example, some app information pages save a language preference locally.
3. Grounds for processing
For processing we control, the applicable grounds under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 depend on the purpose: our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to general enquiries, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are protected (Article 5(2)(f)); establishing or performing a contract when you ask about or use our services (Article 5(2)(c)); and, where necessary, complying with legal obligations or establishing, exercising, or protecting a right (Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e)).
Reading this notice or browsing the website is not treated as consent to unrelated processing or marketing.
4. Service providers and international processing
GitHub provides website hosting; Google provides font delivery and our Gmail email service. These services receive the information needed to handle the requests or messages described above. Information may be processed outside Türkiye, including in the United States. Their own processing and retention are described in their privacy documentation. Contact us with questions about international processing associated with your enquiry.
Relevant provider information: GitHub Pages data collection, GitHub Privacy Statement, and Google Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose relevant information to competent authorities where legally required or where necessary to establish, exercise, or protect a legal right.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting service relationship, and for applicable legal obligations or legal claims. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence; this notice does not specify a single period for every enquiry. Hosting, font-service, and email-provider records are also subject to the providers’ retention practices.
6. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about that processing, learn its purposes and recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met. You may also request that relevant recipients be informed of corrections or deletion, object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. These rights are set out in Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
Send questions and requests to ultasdevelopment@gmail.com. Explain your request and the information needed to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify your identity or direct you to the applicable formal request procedure before disclosing or changing personal data. You may also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority, subject to the relevant procedure.
7. Updates
We will update this notice when the website’s relevant features or processing practices change and revise the date above.
