GymWars Support

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The redesigned social profiles, session posts, uploaded social photos and live camera-counted competitions described here are available from GymWars 2.0.0. Earlier versions may not include these features.

Get help with your account, workout sharing, subscriptions or a competition. To report content or request a moderation appeal, use the in-app reporting tools or contact ultasdevelopment@gmail.com.

Contact GymWars support

Email ultasdevelopment@gmail.com. Include your GymWars username, app version, device model and a description of what happened. For a competition issue, include the approximate date and opponent or match details. Never send your password or full payment information.

You can also open Profile → Settings → Support in the app. Support messages are used to investigate and answer your request.

Report a person, post or comment

  1. Open the menu on the post, comment or person's profile.
  2. Choose Report and select the reason that fits the issue.
  3. If you need to add context or cannot access the content, email ultasdevelopment@gmail.com with its username, date and relevant details.

Reports are reviewed privately. We do not display the reporter's identity to the reported person. If a moderation decision appears wrong, send an appeal to the same address with your username and the reason for review. See our Community Guidelines.

GymWars is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not email illegal or exploitative images; identify where they appear in the app instead.

Block unwanted contact

Open the person's profile menu and choose Block. Blocking restricts further interaction and access between the accounts. You can also report the person if they broke the Community Guidelines. An invitation never requires you to accept it.

Control workout sharing and photos

After completing a workout, you can optionally publish one session post to Global or Friends. Add a caption or photo if you want; neither is required. Skip sharing to keep the session in your training history without a feed post.

Use your post's menu to change its audience to Global, Friends or Only me, or to delete it. Deleting the shared post leaves the original workout in your training history. Uploaded social photos are reviewed before other people can see them, so a new photo may not appear to them immediately.

Edit your profile to change your photo, character avatar, bio or optional external social handles. Profile visibility is available in Settings. Photos already saved outside GymWars cannot be removed through the app.

Delete your account or request data help

In GymWars, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation. If you cannot sign in, email ultasdevelopment@gmail.com from the address associated with the account. Include your GymWars username and state that you want the account deleted. We may need to verify ownership.

Account deletion removes the associated account, training and social data from the active service. Remaining deletion work is normally completed within 30 days, subject to the limited legal, security and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy. Deleted or replaced social photos are normally removed from storage within 24 hours, with retries during an outage.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel separately through your Apple or Google subscription settings. You can also email support to request access to, correction of or deletion of particular information.

Camera counting and competition problems

Allow camera access, position your phone as shown in the setup screen and keep your full exercise movement visible. The camera is used locally to count repetitions; your opponent sees scores, not your camera footage. No microphone audio is captured.

Lighting, framing and connection quality can affect a match. Stop and reposition safely if needed. If a result seems wrong, contact support with the match details. Do not repeat an exercise beyond your ability to compensate for a counting issue.

Manage a subscription

On iPhone, open your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Manage cancellation and refund requests with the store that processed the purchase.

If premium access is missing after a purchase, use Restore Purchases in GymWars and check that you are signed into the store account used to subscribe. Email support if the problem continues.
