                By using GymWars, you agree to these terms. In short: use the app safely, respect other users in the community, and understand that any fitness guidance is for entertainment and tracking purposes, not professional medical advice.
            

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the GymWars mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the application.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as cloud syncing, social feeds, and gamification), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Social Conduct and Content

GymWars includes social features where you can share workouts and interact with others. By participating, you agree to:

Not post any offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
Respect the privacy and rights of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or negatively impact the community.

4. Medical Disclaimer

GymWars is a fitness tracking and gamification tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness routine. You use the application and perform exercises entirely at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of GymWars may require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your respective App Store (Apple or Google) account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, characters, algorithms, and intellectual property within GymWars are owned by UltasDev. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltasDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or device damage, resulting from your use of GymWars.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
